As all our frames are individually printed and hand-assembled in our facility in Singapore, please allow 7-10 business days for your frames to be delivered to your doorstep (for free!), ready to hang.
In our efforts to minimize our carbon footprint, we only have e-gift cards and not physical ones. The e-gift card will be emailed to you/your recipient.
You can only modify your order within the first 24 hours after check-out. You can do so by sending us an email at sales@joi.sg and let us know what changes you would like to make, and we will try our best to make it happen.
We are sorry to hear that you no longer want to go ahead with your order. However, as we would like to reduce our carbon footprint, we will only allow cancellation of orders within the first 24 hours after check-out. You can do so by sending us an email at sales@joi.sg.
To reduce wastage, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We always check the frames before sending them out for delivery, however, things may happen in transit. In the unfortunate event that your frame arrives with defect, simply drop us an email at sales@joi.sg with your order number and some photos of the defect and we will send you a new one.
