How long does it take for my order to arrive?
As all our frames are individually printed and hand-assembled in our facility in Singapore, please allow 7-10 business days for your frames to be delivered to your doorstep (for free!), ready to hang.
When will I receive the gift card I ordered?
In our efforts to minimize our carbon footprint, we only have e-gift cards and not physical ones. The e-gift card will be emailed to you/your recipient.
How can I change or update my current order?
You can only modify your order within the first 24 hours after check-out. You can do so by sending us an email at email@example.com and let us know what changes you would like to make, and we will try our best to make it happen.
Can I cancel my order?
We are sorry to hear that you no longer want to go ahead with your order. However, as we would like to reduce our carbon footprint, we will only allow cancellation of orders within the first 24 hours after check-out. You can do so by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I get a refund or exchange if my order arrives with defect or I change my mind?
To reduce wastage, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We always check the frames before sending them out for delivery, however, things may happen in transit. In the unfortunate event that your frame arrives with defect, simply drop us an email at email@example.com with your order number and some photos of the defect and we will send you a new one.
